This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, if for personal use; 90 days for commercial or rental purposes. This warranty does not cover damages, defects, and failure in product, which results from alteration, accident, misuse, neglect, installations of attachments not provided with the product, or improper maintenance.
Your sole remedy under this warranty shall be repair, as set forth above.

You must ensure that you and anyone else who will operate, maintain, or work around the Cutter, be familiar with these operating and maintenance procedures and related safety information. This manual will take you step by step through good safety practices that should be adhered to while operating the Cutter.
Remember that you are the key to safety. Good safety practices protect both you and the people around you. Be sure that everyone operating this equipment is familiar with, and follows, all the recommended safe operating and maintenance procedures. Most accidents can be prevented. Do not risk injury or death by ignoring good safety practices.
Rotary Cutter owners must give operating instructions to operators or employees before allowing them to operate the Cutter. These instructions must be repeated at least annually thereafter, as per Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulation 1928.57.
The most important safety device on this equipment is a safe operator . It is the operator's responsibility to read and understand all Safety and Operating instructions in this manual and to follow them.
A person who has not read and understood all operating and safety instructions is not qualified to operate the machine. An untrained operator exposes himself and bystanders to possible serious injury or death.
Do not modify equipment in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the equipment.
